Manassas Bowling
Bowling in Manassas starts on Saturday, July 31, 2010 at 1 PM, the Mathis Ave Lanes. No practice on Saturday, September 4, 2010. Ends on Saturday, November 20, 2010.

Dale City Bowling
Bowling starts in Dale City from Sunday, August 1 through Sept 26 for summer session and starts on October 3 for fall session at 2 PM, Dale City Lanes.

Swimming Program

Our two swimming programs are currently training in Manassas (starting Thursday, February 18) and Dale City (starting Sunday, February 20). The first night is an informational night. The second practice athletes are in the water. The athletes will practice every week starting in February. We also offer skills training in Manassas which focuses on the athlete becoming comfortable in the water environment.

Many of these volunteers are on swim teams themselves and provide an invaluable resource in helping to train the athletes while fulfilling their community service hours.

All athletes must have an active medical on file to participate in Special Olympics sports training programs. Please click on the link below for more information.

2010 Potomac & Rappanhannock Regional Aquatics Championships

The Aquatics season for 2011 starts on Thursday, February 17 at 7 PM and in Dale City on Sunday, February 20 at 5 PM. The first meeting is an informational meeting. Please contact Everett Willis at ebwjr@aol.com if you have any questions about the program.
