Athlete Release & Participation Form
To participate in training and competition, all athletes
are required to complete this form. All new athletes must have a doctor
sign the form to clear participation. Contact medical@pwsova.org to
obtain a registration packet.
Starting in April 2011, there will be
a eight-week sport training program for Tennis. Practice will
be held at the Woodbridge High School, Woodbridge. To register, contact Mike Thorpe at mtthorpe@comcast.net. Please provide your name
and contact information. Participants will learn the forehand, backhand, serve and volley. Parents are welcome to participate. There will also be an intramural matches to teach scoring and tennis protocols. Equipment will be available.
